Hi,
since you asked for a feedback, here it is.
I booked a twin room pointing out that I am traveling with my mother. Instead I was given a double with not even a king size bed.
A day before departure I got a call from the reception asking me to vacant the room since there were "some jobs to be made in the corridor".
I don't find all this customer friendly, I am afraid, and I don't think I will stay at this hotel ever again.
Apart from this, "How to get there" scheme forwarded by the hotel is not up to date: there is a tube station much closer to the one offered by the hotel, so it's virtually provoking you to take a cab whilst you could have easily walked for 5 minutes.

Very nice hotel in very pleasant neighbourhood. Close to Metro stations. Nice breakfast room with view on the street (not often seen in Pais Hotels...)

We stayed 5 days in the hotel during easter.
We had a small, double room. The bed was very nice,
but the bathroom was quite small.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location of the hotel was perfect for us, we could
walk to the centre and other places of interest or take the metro.
We will concider this hotel again if we come back.
