Feed-Back sent by : Gregory Jacquart When we booked the room on line through your agency we booked a superior room. When we arrived we went to our room to find that it was no different than any other room in the hotel but we were still charged for a superior room at a a rate of 125 eoro per night. The desk clerk would only say that we had mistaken something for a special they had last month and that the price we paid was for a regular room. I feel like we got a little screwed. The room we had was noisy becaus it was on the street side and it was hot. Score given : 4/10

Single le 1ere jour, twin les 2 autres.
L'hotel était bien sans plus (chambre un peu petite
et lits collés dans la twin) et le première chambre était bruyante avec une fénètre sur le rue.
Pas de problème avec le personnel. La twin réservée
le premier jour n'était pas disponible.
De façon générale, je trouve l'hotel trop cher pour la qualité des services. Score given : 5/10 (add comments)
