Feed-Back sent by : Muliadjaja I ketut the hotel was ok, the clerck desk were very helpfull, i appreciate that. about the transfer hotel from Charles de Goulle to the hotel too complicated with the air france busand there is no really clearly informations where we have to wait for the bus to our hotel, till we asked some people at the airport we found the way to get the bus. waiting time too long as well.
we will come back again to paris..... we love paris.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the location is very convenient. Breakfast is basic but OK. Score given : 6/10

the bathroom tiled and equipped with bathtub and shower. Both the bedroom and the bathroom had a french balcony looking over a nice little garden. We could here our neighbours returning at night, but otherwise the room was blissfully quiet. We did not take breakfast at the hotel. The staff was OK. Use of safety deposit box free. The location was very good - stores and restaurants in the neighbourhood and a short walk to two different metrolines. We can recommend this hotel!

We booked one twin room, and the clerk was kind enough to assign us a triple room at the quiet back. Other staff members were helpful, calling a taxi for us, etc.
The room was quite good for the price, although I would offer a few suggestions which, while not expensive to implement, would improve the experience of the American tourist.
First, more hangers in the closet are needed. Perhaps a good formula is five hangers per room bed.
Second, in room 25 at least, there is no spindle in the toilet paper holder (also in room 75 where my brother stayed).
Third, please consider adding more hooks on the bathroom wall, and perhaps another shelf on the wall. I found it frustrating having almost no spot to put any of my "stuff" in the bathroom.
Also in the bathroom, please mount the shower head holder high enough on the wall to function as a shower. It is now mounted about six inches above the faucet, which is not useful.
As a cost saving to the hotel, I suggest that it is not necessary to change the towels every day. Some establishments in the US place a notice in the bathroom informing visitors that if they want to use a towel again, leave it hanging, and place the ones they want replaced on the floor.
I think the sheets were changed every day also, which was nice but really not necessary.
Regarding the location, it would be helpful to provide visitors with a map/address card which they could show to taxi drivers.
Finally, please consider upgrading the television service so English speaking visitors have more than the BBC World channel.
I would like to compliment the hotel on the very good breakfast provided, and the nice breakfast room. The woman who runs this area does a very good job--give her a raise!!

We stayed for 2 nights and booked 4 rooms. The location
was a bit far out of town but still convenient for the metro and tourist
sites. The rooms were clean and comfortable and so we were happy with the
hotel and the breakfast was good too. The staff were not that friendly but
were helpful.
I would use the hotel again as it was good value for money and I would use
your web site again as I found the service very easy to use and very good
value for money.

So the location is good and the room was clean - but all this is not important when you are late to the airport and meet such unfriendly stuff (though English speaking). Score given : 3/10

une chambre mansardée en L avec 3 lits
La propreté laissée à désirée moquette tachée pas de papier toilette dans les toilette de la réception service corrects emplacements correct mais ne correspondait pas à l'hotel retenu.
Le personnel bien mais obligé de mentir à l'arrivée et avouez la pratique nom admissible au départ(nous tendait le livre pour inscrire nos doléances) ce que nous n'avons pas fait mais nous avons préféré vous avertir (voir e mail du 19 mai)
Oui j'utiliserai à nouveau vos services en espérant que votre surveillance soit plus importante.
