Séjour agréable, beau temps parfait pour découvrir le quartier. La butte aux cailles est ses restaurants ou le jardin luxembourg 20mn à pieds.
La chambre était propres et calme.

Mon séjour c'est mal passé. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés ma femme et moi, on nous a gentiment dit que nous ne pouvions pas avoir la chambre réservée,car il y avait eu un problème de plomberie. Cela peut arriver! Mais la moindre des choses aurait été de me prévenir. Ils avaient mon n° de portable. A 19H il n'était pas évident de trouver une chambre, surtout avec le mondial de l'automobiles. Je suis ammené a aller a Paris tous les 15 jours, mais je trouverai surement des hotels plus sérieux envers les clients.

We stayed at your hotel 4 nights. The room had a
double bed, shower and bathroom. It was kept clean and
we received fresh towels and sheets everyday. This
really impressed me. The staff were friendly and
helpful. The location was great--2 blocks from the
nearest metro. Also, we liked the neighborhood; it was
easy to get groceries, fresh bread, a newspaper in
English, and several restaurants. We will definitely
plan to return to this hotel. We never used other
services the hotel had to offer but will keep them in
mind on our next trip.

Timhotel Italie Bercy, 22 Rue Barrault. Its clean and pleasant atmosphere is as expected with any 2 or even 2.5 star hotel. Most of the staffs like Ali and a Female night attendant and others are courteous and helpful with the exception of the morning receptionist named Maria, her condescending attitude is as BAD as her poor English. For those of us from the U.S, who aren't familiar with extra charges for services that usually absorbed by U.S hotel establishments could be haunted by Maria's obnoxious and disrectful dumb smirks. She also needs to initiate greetings and say 'Thank You' when guests check out. Timhotel management be advised, more than ever, the internet savvy travelers have many options to choose a hotel and thus, as important as forever is Customer Service. If I may suggest you to re-train your morning receptionist Maria to learn the Fundamentals of Hotel Management, it is the customers that are paying to keep your hotel stay open, the staffs' personal opinions of guests should be kept within. Hope this feedback can help you.
