We stayed two nights. We had a large room overlooking Avenue de Friedland on the first floor. An extra bed was set up for our young daughter. The room was very nice. Lighting in the room however could be better.Location is great so close to the Champs Elysees. Staff was very helpful. The breakfast was very good even though it was pricey. Staff was helpful.Overall we were very satisfied with the hotel and would go back. We would use France-hotels services again.

Great central location, metro just over the road. Staff spoke good english and were very helpful. Room was clean and served it's purpose as a base, but for a superior room, it was small. Choice of meals for breakfast and room service were not great. Would possibly use this hotel as a base again.

On this occasion I only stayed for one night. The room was a bit smaller than the ones I have been in in the past, but it was fine and the staff, as ever, were courteous. I will continue to recommend the hotel to friends / colleagues, and suggest that they book through your web site.

The hotel was lovely, warm and welcoming staff.
The only downside was the breakfast, which we only had on one occasion. The price of €20 per head was quite high and the standard was poor.
Other than that it was a fine hotel and I would be happy to stay again.
We stayed for two nights in a superior room.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights at the Royal Hotel, Paris. We booked 1 Superior room which was a nice normal 4* room, I'm not sure what was superior about it. The room service was good within 15 minutes, good selection. Breakfast was disapointing, limited choice and boiled egg's only luke warm at 9am.
Location was perfect for sightseeing - underground very close. The staff were very friendly.
Over all the hotel was very nice but considering it was one of the most expensive out of all the 4* hotels in Paris, it didn't offer anything extra therefore I feel as though I did not recieve value for money.
Will you use our service again ? Yes - very handy to book last minute on the internet.

very nice hotel, comfortable. The room quite large, nice facilities but i would expect a double bed room as requested and not two signle beds joined together. Nevertheless, the hotel is great, service is excellent, people incredibly helpful, and when we repeat a similar trip to paris, probably will be our choice again.

Location was fabulous. Room was very nice and service was ok. I didn't like the fact that employees of the hotel would walk in the room at all hours of the day without knocking or giving notice.
Another thing that bothered me was that I was chrged a breakfast fee and I was never offered breakfast at all.
How was the staff ? The staff was vey pleasant and helpfull.

We loved the Royal hotel. It is a very nice hotel, the room - I think a
standard room- was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful. They
helped us with our sightseeing attractions and also was especially helpful
when we had to get up very early in the morning to catch a flight, they
called and woke us up and had a taxi read to take us to the airport on time!
We stayed 2 nights I would definitely return to this hotel.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was gracious. The room and bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet, something I didn't expect considering the location. I would stay there again under similar circumstances (wanted to be near the finish of the Tour de France). Everything else was great, except, It was quite pathetic that inspite of paying such a high price for a hotel the breakfast was not included in the price.
For this reason aloce i would be quite reluctant in using your service again.
