Inviting lobby. Warm and helpful staff. Very pleasant inner courtyard in which you can have breakfast when weather allows. Appreciated the internet station on premises. Clean. Would recommend to others and return.

Back from Paris, we love this city. The hotel was good, clean room and near the metro station.The breakfast was ok, not great but correct.

the hotel was very well situated, there was a lovely traditional restaurant on the same side street as the hotel also. the room we had was small as we had to change as they had washed the carpets in the room originally allocated to us and they were still wet. Having said that at least they clean their carpets! It was a very quaint place, the breakfast was good and the people working on the reception very helpful and pleasant. I would recommend it to those looking for a well located and well-run little hotel.

My sister and I stayed at the Peletier Haussmann Opera for 3 nights in a twin room in late July. The room was a little small but very comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was in a great location, very close to two of the main boulevards with lots of shops and restaurants, and only a 15 minute walk to the Olympia hall, which was fantastic as the purpose of our trip was to go to a concert there.
We would use this hotel again and will definitely recommend it to others visiting the area.
We did use the airport shuttle service from Charles de Gaulle and were satisfied with it, it was a lot easier than trying to find a taxi there!

Stay at the hotel: 4 nights.
Room: for 3 persons, I booked for 3.
Hotel was OK but the room was very small for 3 persons, little unconfortable.
Service, staff and the location was good.
I could return to the hotel but only 2 person in a room.
Breakfast was basic but good.
No other services used.
Next building from the hotel had a construction work and they were drilling in the building for many hours a day, terrible noise!!! Yet the price was as normal.
The construction work disturbed our stay at the hotel, so we were not so satisfied.

We stayed in total 3 nights in a 3-bed room. The room was small but clean. The location was perfect, just a few blocks away from the shopping area. The staff was helpful, but preferred to speak French.
We will consider this hotel also in the future.

the overall is impressive but there is some construction near the hotel...i guess it's the same wall so it's noisy and we can't sleep well...the hotel is not change the room for us...

I enjoyed my stay at the Peletier Haussmann immensely. The location was excellent - just off Blvd. Haussmann, and yet my room was very quiet. I had a single room on the top floor which was very small, but perfectly clean and comfortable. The staff were all very helpful and courteous, (and humorous) and made an effort to help me out with several requests.
I wouldn't hesitate to return to the Peletier on my next stay, or to recommend it to anyone.
One other comment I have is the ease with which I found and booked my room on the France Hotels.Net website. I would also recommend using this website to any visitor to France.

I had one double room. The room and services as well as the location were as good as the two stars will promise.
The staff was very kind and always in use when needed.
There is no reason to leave this hotel outside by new looking.

Convenient hotel off the Blvd Haussman. Room small but adequate, with en-site, all cleaned and tidy each day. Could do with tea/coffee making facilities in the room and ready for redecoration.

I have spent 5 days in this hotel. I have booked a double bed room and when I get in the room what I found it was 2 beds attached together...so me and me wife we had to chose between slipping in one bad together or separately!...
I have read a review about this hotel before I did the booking, and I couldn't believe the lift can be so SMALL. That lift is just for one person only without any luggage.
In rest the staff was nice and verry helpfull.

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights in one double room. Very good hotel for the price, reasonable size room, clean and comfortable - one of better 2 stars I have stayed in when in Paris. In a good location with Bonne Novelle metro a minutes walk, Opera/Grand Magasins/Place de la Concorde etc about 10 minutes walk or 3/4 stops on Metro. Good if arriving by Eurostar as only a few stops on Metro from there (although you do have to change once). Good selection of bars/restaurants nearby. Did not speak to staff much other than checking in and out but they were very friendly, and sure they would have been helpful had we needed it. Would stay in the hotel again if looking for one in that price range. The first time I have used the booking service but everything went well so I would use it again. It was especially useful to have instant confirmation as we only booked the day before going to Paris. No problems with reservation on arrival at hotel.

We enjoyed our 5-day stay at the Hotel Peletier Haussmann. It is a good value for the budget traveler. We received the type of room we requested -- a twin with shower facing a courtyard. The staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English. The room was small and simply furnished, but clean, and the beds were comfortable. The room was equipped with a small refrigerator/minibar and a TV that received only French stations. The bathroom was also small but modern and had a small built-in hairdryer. It is necessary to walk up one flight of stairs to reach the lobby. From the lobby there is a "one-person" elevator to the other floors -- this will hold one person or one large piece of luggage. The hotel's location is very convenient -- one block from a Metro station served by two lines and within walking distance of Right Bank attractions. There is also a good selection of restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. I would consider staying at this hotel again on a future trip.
