THere was some confusion upon check in as to what type of room had been booked,(one bed or twin beds) But after that was taken care of, we had a very nice stay at the Hotel. Very clean, quiet even though we had a room facing the street. The breakfast was good. The shuttle service to the airport was great. SOme of the staff were very friendly. I would stay again at the Hotel, if the rates remain the same. Good location.

This was horrific. Stay away. A complete racket. What they do is this: I paid for a 3 star hotel when I arrived at the address at 9.30pm I was informed (without apology) that the hotel was full and that I was to go to a hotel of the same name on the same streeet!! That hotel was the same rate and supposed to be a 3 star but was really a 1 star. So I paid for a 3 star and got a 1 star. The porter was sleeping in his lobby in his underwear!! need I say more. This is an internet racket

The hotel was nice.The staff was friendly. After we changed our room,the room was OK. The previous one was smaller and had continupusly the noise of the air condition.

Great area with many things to check out within walking distance. Many creperies are in the area and there is also a huge grocery store close by. Good ambiance. The Hotel says it is at Montparnasse metro stop but actually Edgar Quinet is much closer and you don't have to wander through the maze of Montparnasse's stinky hallways.

Me and my husband stayed for 4 nights in Hotel Renoir.
We hade booked a doubbleroom. The room was very clean,
the bed was good to sleep and it was unbelivble quied. Badroom was very nice with showercabin and every day new towels.Service was good and location perfect at Montparnasse.We will definetly return to Paris and hotel Renoir.

Room, services and location were very good. Problem was the noise on the second (a Saturday) night. There was hammering and crashing on the floor above mine, banging of doors, attempts to open my door a couple of times, lights were turned on on the corridor outside my door and left on so that the light shone in, and this went on all night long.
How were the staff ? OK, except that I thought that they could have apologised or shown some sympathy when I complained on the morning after the noisy night in which I got very little sleep. I got absolutely no reaction to my complaint from the man at reception!
Will you return to this hotel ? Not sure. Would have to be assured that the noise problem would not be repeated. Otherwise, location was good and rooms were nice.
Will you use our service again ? I may.

Good location but bad accueil. Booked for two nights but had to move to another Hotel for the first night.
After I arrived they informed me that no room was available and they did organize a room for me in another hotel far of 200 meters!
The other one wasn’t clean as this one and I was inform only the next morning that I moved only for the first night.

The hotel is in a very good location .. the room was pleasant and clean.
Breakfast was a little expensive specially that only Croissant and tea/coffee was served.
I would definetly consider going back to this hotel on future trips to Paris.
Thumbs-up to the front desk staff they were very helpful on all shifts.

Stayed for 3 nights in a double room. INitially given a very basic double room which did not meet our expectations for quality and value for money. On request we were transferred the following day to a slightly larger room which was adequate. We were surprised to find mouse pesticide under the bed! Staff were polite and friendly,
