My daughter and I stayed for three nights at Innova Hotel. We had a twin room, which was quite small, but the bathroom was nice and big. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very generous, as we were always asked if we'd like more - well worth 8 euros. Located just beside metro (Pascal), so easy to get around the city. Would stay there again.

I stayed in a one bedroom with a french balcony for three days. The room was cozy and nice. The staff are really very helpful, nice and accomodating. I will definitely go back to Paris and book again with this hotel becasue it is also convenient to the train access and I felt safe in this area.

I stayed at Hotel Innova 2 different times during the summer of 04 and it was one of my favorite places. Cute, quaint and charming.. everything you would want out of a hotel in Paris. Staff was great.. especially our cute little Jean Pierre.. We still reminisce about him!

My husbsand and I just returned from Paris .The Hotel Innova was just graet. We had a street facing room on the 6th floor with a cute, little balcony.The room was small (and the bathroom was just tiny..) but very pleasant and clean.
There are bigger rooms,with bigger bathrooms... =)
The lobby is very welcoming and staff speaks english. Everyone was very friendly -especially Jean Pierre.
When we return to Paris we'll stay in the same place.
Maybe we ask for the back room-cars can be a bit of a nuisance at 5am.
The metro is just accros the streat and the ride to all tha attractions is short.
There is plenty of pastry shops and you can even smell when they bake they breads. We definetly recommend it to all.

Very nice hotel! I booked by phone and I didn't have any problem. The room is very clean, with soundproof window. Nice breakfast too. Check for prices reduction on weekends!

We stayed 6 days at the hotel.
We booked 1 twin room.
The room was small, but very clean. We had breakfast only once and it was good. The location was excellent, near many good cafe's and restaurants. Also close to the metro.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. They spoke very good English.
When I return to France I look forward to staying at Hotel Innova.
We used the airport shuttle. It was very satisfactory.
I would definitely use your service again. It was very easy to use for booking hotels and the shuttle.

Small and a little out of the way but good as right on rail line. Room a little shabby but ok for the money. Staff helpful. Not as nice a pictures on the net but not as big a variance as some.

Hello...
We stayed at the Hotel Innova a 2 star hotel in Pasteur. The location was excellent for getting around as it was right next to the metro. Pasteur is a business area, however, there were plenty of restaurants and bar/cafes all within walking distance. The room itself was a little on the tiny side, however, the bathroom was fresh and clean and very spacious - I guess this made up for the small room. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, at breakfast they kept topping up your juice/coffee and offering more food. In all we had a pleasant stay. The room and the service is what I would have expected from a 2 star hotel. I would have no hesitation in going back there to stay.

I stayed for 3 nights in a double room facing the street. I had only asked for a single, so this was nice as I was able to push the beds together and enjoy more towels/space. The hotel was fine, and the front desk was very helpful in answering any questions I had. They were also very courteous when helping me call a taxi etc. The service was very helpful, and yes, I will use it again. I may visit the hotel again if I ever need to. I was very satisfied.

This hotel rocks !!! Especially for tourists who wants a hotel in an amenities friendly area. The metro is literally steps away, groceries, eateries within easy reach. The Eiffel Tower is only a few station away !
I stayed 3 night this August. I am very satisfied with the quality of service. Unfortunately, the only setback during my stay was the air-conditioning; it wasn't as cool as I want it to be. So if you book an air-condition room, make sure you check and insist on it being cold.
Breakfast is OK for 6 EURO. For me, it's a bargain than trying to take breakfast somewhere else.
The staff are very friendly. I remember the boss being there on my last 2 breakfast and serving us coffee. He was also around to answer questions about the city if one requires. I did not interact with the other staff much but I do not have any adverse experience.
My room was 75 (single). It was very quiet although it faces the street. I enjoyed the cool evening breeze each evening when back.
Although the toilet is small, it is liveable.
I will definitely recommend it to others who wants a hotel in a convenient location.

We stayed a total of 5 nights at Hotel Innova. We were extremely satisfied, finding the hotel to be reasonably & competitively priced, and well-located - directly across the street from a metro station with easy access to central Paris & all tourist attractions. Restaurants, bakery, little market for groceries, & pharmacy were all very close nearby. Hotel staff was very nice & helpful. Rooms very clean. We booked a room for 3 people (1 couple + another adult). Would have preferred a queen bed + 1 single bed, but the 3 single beds proved sufficient. It would have been nice to have a fan in the room as it was quite hot to sleep (heatwave in Paris) and the room was too noisy with the windows (balcony doors) open due to street traffic. We would definitely return to Hotel Innova.

The Hotel Innova was very comfortable for a two star hotel, very well located and all the staff we met there were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We would recommend it to anyone.

We stayed only for one night but we quite enjoyed our stay and in fact recommended the same to our friend who stayed for two nights last week end in Innova. The hotel is centrally located, the staff were very helpful and the rooms were good for the purpose. Will come again in Winter !!

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at the Hotel Innova in Montparnasse. It is very near a Metro station and also near many fabulous restaurants. The staff was so sweet and helpful. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms newly renovated. Ask for rooms 46, 56, or 66 to get a view of the top of the Eiffel Tower. It's a great hotel and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Montparnasse.

It is my pleasure to give you feedback about your hotel.
My boyfriend and I stayed at the Hotel Innova for three nights from April 3-April 7th.
We booked a double room.
The hotel was in a wonderful location with a metro stop right outside and lots of places
to eat in the neighborhood. The room was very clean and cheerful. We very much loved
our room which was Room 46, because we could see the very top of the Eiffel Tower and
the view was very nice. I liked that there was a little hallway leading to our room for
more privacy. And the balcony was very cute. The newly renovated bathroom was especially
nice. The lobby was very comfortable and
the convenient mini bar downstairs was great for late night wine or beer.
The staff was top notch! Everyone at the front desk spoke English and they were extremely
polite, kind, and helpful. Always service with a smile. We really loved everybody who works
at the Hotel Innova. It was sad to leave, however, we wanted to relocate to another area to
further experience Paris.
We would definitely choose Hotel Innova next time we want to stay in Montparnasse, we would
request the same room or one on a higher floor to see the Eiffel Tower once again. I will furthermore
happily refer people to your hotel for the good rates and great service and location.

Hello! Me and one of my friends and our mothers stayed at Hotel Innova in the beginning of November. We are very happy that we choosed this hotel. The room were a little bit small but it had all that we needed. It was very clean and cosy, they clean the rooms every day. Th staff at the hotel were very friendly and helped us with everything that we needed help with. They talked english as well. We took breakfast every morning and it was really good. We were surprised that the hotel only had two stars, it should have many more!
We are planning to go back to the wonderful city Paris and we will use Hotel Innova again, no doubt about that!

We stayed 4 nights at the beginning of October 2003.
We booked one double room which was perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed being off the beaten path and in the heart of a typical Parisienne neighborhood. Boulevard Pasteur is loud, but we are used to it from Chicago traffic. Bathrooms are newly redone and bed was small but comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful despite our limited French. We did not partake of the Continental Breakfast. I would definitely return to the hotel and recommend it to anyone looking to stay out of the tourist limelight. The service was extremely helpful and I will definitely use it again.

Bonjour too!
Yes, we did have a very nice stay in France and hotel Innova did contribute
a lot!
We booked 3 rooms, namely 31,32,33 being 2,3 and 4 person rooms
respectively.
The breakfast service is very good, a very kind man spent his time filling
our glasses and plates so that no one would leave the hotel without a
sufficient breakfast! This is really very well received! The rooms are
comfortable and the beds ensure a good night sleep. It is always clean and
tidy, thanks to the always smiling ladies, and the personnel is
communicative and eager to help. The total atmosphere is cosy and shows
reliability. Not once we felt "under-served" or treated in a lesser way. The
location of the same is perfect, just 3 min walk from a metro station, 10
min from a shop around the corner and an internet cafe. Just up the road is
a good chinese restaurant, lots of food for a decent price. The computer in
the hotel could maybe made more known to guests.
We have already passed the word on to some of our friends, they plan to
travel to France shortly and will consider your hotel.
Just an additional note. we also have stayed in other hotels around the
world, some claiming 5 stars, some 4 but none can rely on the fine personnel
you have, nor such a well organized breakfast. Ok, the more expensive hotels
may have a larger selection for the breakfast table, but that is irrelevant.
The price versus the service and product offered seams good, in other words,
it has happened in other occasions that I have paid more for a lot less!
Never change a winning team as people say, well, this is certainly true for
you! Keep up the service as is, also this feed back shows a good service, as
you indicate you are very concerned with the well being of your guests.
The score would be 11 on a scale from 1-10 (you receive the extra bonus
point for placing my father in laws' medicines in the fridge!)
