Please send me some informationa about grand hotel francais particularly about the different ammenities, services and facilities and also the different rate does a Hyatt Regency Paris Madeleine offer. I came to know about your hotel from my friends because they stayed there for almost two weeks when they wenr there in Paris. With the help of brochures, pamphlets and other reference materials will greatly help me because my family are planing to go there in Paris and we are planing to stay there.

Je n'ai séjourné qu'une nuitée avec mon fils pour lui faire découvrir Paris. Hôtel très correct, situation idéale pour le métro (plusieurs lignes possibles)et dans quartier calme, pour un bon repos après une journée de visites éreintantes. A refaire.

I can thoroughly recommend Le Grand Hotel Francais Paris (11th), having spent three nights at this hotel. Reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good value for money and adequate. Since I stayed in (hot) August air conditioning would have been appreciated. I shall return.

Very nice, room was a little small, so was bathroom but we had a balcony which was great. Very nice people who worked there, very welcoming. The bar is small and is in the reception area so couldn't really have a relaxing drink downstairs.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and thought it was a good bargain. The room was quite small but it was nice, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard, like most continental breakfasts. We would consider using the hotel again, and would definitely use the website service if we need another hotel.

Everything was ok, except that the room was too small. While having booked the superior room, they first gave us a double room. Also, they did not inform us that breakfast was not included and we had to pay for it at the end.
