Unfortunately when I arrived to the hotel they told me that due to overbooking I was re-protected in another HOtel Chateaubriand therefore I can't give any comment on the golden tulip.
Chateaubriand there were no air conditionning aprt of that was ok.

The golden tulip St. Honore was excellent value for the location in Paris because we booked on-line. Service was fine. Tiolets were typically substandard as is usual inspite of 4* category. We may return as our family (of 3 young children and a nanny)is difficult to accomodate.

Good spacious room, decent bathroom althrough the water good be hotter. A thermostatic bath tap would be apriciated. Courteous staff.

J'aie passe une semaine a l'hotel Golden Tulip. Le personnel etait tres amicale et chaleureux, l'hotel etait propre dans un quartier classic et bien situee au milieu de la ville (3/5 minutes des Champs Elysee et l'Arc de Triomphe. Les services etaient impecable. Si je pouvais je reviendrais le moins prochain. Je recommenderais l'hotel a mes amis et la famille. Merci et saluations distinguees.

Excellent. It is downtown in the business district and was quiet and terrific.
How were the staff ?
Much better than most of the waiters, except for two!, during our time in Paris. Most of the waiters were curt and made me feel I was imposing. That was simply my perception.
The hotel staff, on the other hand were superb; excellent English, made me feel special, polite, exceeded any expectations. They quieted down a couple of loud children, wihch was most appreciated.
Will you return to this hotel ?

It is a very nice hotel, but very disappointing that the spa area was closed. The website should state that it is always closed in August. Otherwise very friendly staff that helped us quite a bit.
