Stayed 6 nights. One no smoking room on ground floor. Room confortable but missing a radio/alarm clock and a chest of drawers. Great bathroom. Staff friendly and good services. Could stay there again in the futur.

Highly recommended! A hotel with a sense of it's own charecter. Room was well appointed in a Regency style with it's own bar. The garden is a definite bonus; - for breakfast would recommend the hotel's own coffee, taken with a choice from the excellent patisserie across the road; a leisurely way to start your day in a unique French way. Staff all found to be friendly and helpful. Would definately use the hotel again, but next time will ring the hotel directly to book a room on an upper floor to the rear, overlooking the garden, (rather than to find on arrival that I've been allocated one on the ground floor).

My favorite hotel in Paris! Excellent location, marvelous garden to relax in between two activities...It is my 3 third stay (this time for 11 nights) and everything is perfect! (Very modern bathroom, old french furniture in the rooms, "grand style" windows). Staff very professional and helpful.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in a classic double room. We had such a wonderful time in Paris. We found the hotel to be very well situated, within easy walking distance of the Champs Elysée and metro stations. It was also nice to have a café next door to enjoy a nightcap before collapsing in bed, exhausted! The convenience of being able to enjoy a buffet breakfast at the hotel was a bonus and all in all we had a very comfortable stay. The staff were helpful and plesant and able to point us in the right direction of resturants, lesser known museums etc. We were more than satisfied with the service we received and would definitely return.
Booking through France Hotels was incredibly strightforward and the whole trip went without a hitch.

Hotel was very nice and quite convenient. The staff was also helpful. No restaurant, but there is a grocery store right across the street for buying some food items to keep in your room (has a small refridgerator)and tons of cafes just a short walk away. 10 min walk to Champs Elysess and metro station. Room was very nice and appeared to have recently been re-done. Highly recommend this one.

nous somme restés 3 nuits à l'hotel, chambre catégorie supérieure. La chambre etait tres propre et grande.
C'était dur de trouver l'hotel et l'entrée etait très étroite. Nous y retournerons. Bon service et il y a le wi-fi.
Le seul point noir etait qu'il fallait payer 5 euros pour avoir un taxi pour nous ammener à l'aéroport.

Edificio bonito, habitación bonita y amplia, baño nuevo. La decoración de zonas comunes un poco "rancia" pero con encanto. Servicio amable. Excelente relación calidad-precio. Muy recomendable.

Excellent hotel. We chose the Regents Suite and thought it was tremendous quality and value for the price. Free wireless internet. Short walk to Etoile metro station - easily manageable with a rolling case but too far to carry a bigger one. Great boulangerie and grocery store across the street, also nice sidewalk cafe at the corner. Lovely garden.

Very lovely hotel and staff. Rooms smallish, but understand this to be par for the course in Paris.
Didn't understand the 1/2 partition for the shower, resulting in the bathroom floor becoming soaked with each shower. However, a few days later we were at a stellar 4* Best Western hotel in Nice, and it had NO shower partition or curtain at all, so all we can deduce is that the french have some weird issue with showers.
Very charming garden out back in which to have breakfast or just sit with or without your own "outside" food. "Champion" grocery store right across the street is great to bring in a few necessities (juice, water for outings, etc.) and keep in the mini bar, thereby avoiding mini bar prices. Lots of cafes nearby to grab quick breakfast - much better value than Regent's $12 Euro ($18 Cnd.) Continental Breakfast.
I recommend you have a cafe au lait for 1 person sent up in the morning (only $3 Cnd. I think). You get a small carafe of coffee and a small carafe of hot milk/cream. That gives 1 person 2 or 3 cups of coffee. I quickly learned that, in France, if you only ask for coffee, you won't get any cream or milk with it, so ALWAYS ASK FOR CAFE AU LAIT.
For tea, if you'd rather do it yourself, ask them to send up a kettle (free service) and they'll include the cups and some tea as well! When I ran out of their tea, I bought the only thing avail at Champion (no Red Rose, or any other black tea - don't know why) - it was a mango blend tea and it was great!
Airport Shuttle is also good.

Dear Sirs,
We had a wonderful stay. There were 7 people in our group. We booked three rooms and stayed 6 nights. We loved it. The staff was very courteous and attentive. The rooms were perfect and beaurtiful. We loved their individuality. And the atmosphere was just right--quaint and casual. I also liked the many different options of beds in the choice of rooms. It allowed us to select rooms that were just right for the family. We will absolutely return.
I did not know about transfers from the airport. I will ask next time.

We really enjoyed the hotel. The only confusion came when we went to check out because we booked the summer package deal through your service and at the hotel they were a little confused that we didn't need to pay additionally for our breakfast. However, they were very nice when I showed them my paperwork. The rooms were good and simple. Our bed was just okay because it had a indention in the middle from all the people that have slept on it. The staff at the hotel were fantastic and very helpful.

This is an OUTSTANDING hotel and has VERY spacious rooms. The people at the front desk were friendly.
The service was EXCELLENT and we had no complaint whatsoever about the accommodation. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood and within walking distance to
Charles de Gaulle Etoile metro (RER)
station. We will DEFINITELY put this hotel as our TOP pick for our next visit to Paris.

Very Nice Stay - loved it. Was exactly what we were looking for our stay in Paris. Location was good, walking distance to many sites - easy access to the Metro, etc… Perfect!
We were there 5 nights, 1 double room (Wife and I); staff was helpful in giving directions, setting up transportation to Airport, everything we asked for they provided.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Paris, and surely stay there again.
I just wish we would have been there when the Garden was open. We were a bit late in the year (late Oct), so breakfast was served inside.

we have stayed at this hotel over the pasttwenty years, having chosen it originally from a list of hotels that had large rooms. we have not been disappointed. the staff is pleasant and professional, the residential location accessible to metro as well as the neighborhood grocery stores and, if you drive into paris, the hotel has eight parking spaces!!

I stayed six nights at the Hotel Regent's Garden Hotel. I had a single room. The room was fine -- clean and fairly well maintained. The bathroom had been updated and was nice and clean. I was in Paris on business and attempted several times to log-on to the Internet to no avail. No Internet service may keep me from staying there again. In terms of service, the staff was not always the friendliest or the most helpful. It did depend on who you got at the front desk, but I would say 80 percent of the time, if you asked for help with a restaurant or a taxi cab, or directions to somewhere, they were not very helpful. The location of the hotel was great and on a fairly quiet street. The terrace in the back was beautiful, but the hotel did not serve breakfast or offer anything on the terrace so it was never used. In my opinion, that was a shame. The last night I was in Paris I had a colleague call the hotel to make a reservation and they quoted him a much higher price than I received, and at checkout, they wanted to charge him even more than they quoted him over the phone. Not a very service oriented hotel. If I were going to Paris for personal reasons, I might stay at this hotel again due to the location and the fact that the rooms are clean. However, the lack of Internet service was a disappointment. There are two things that this hotel could improve upon -- its Internet capabilities and the staff needs to be more service-oriented and friendly. I will use your service again.

We had a three night stay in a double room. The location and price was excellant. The staff were very helpfull and friendly. The room was lovely. We stayed at the Hotel Regent's Garden for three nights, in a standard double room. We had never been to Paris before, so we had to trust the web-site that told us that this was a "good standard hotel at a reasonable price, in walking distance from several points of interest for tourists" (or something close to this..). And we were not dissappointed! We will definetely visit Paris again. And we will definetely book a room at Hotel Regent's Garden again.

The hotel is rather comfortable, but the firniture is not match the uptodate requirements (I measn the wordrobe) and other facilities.
In general we liked our double room for a week staying. Services was good and the hotel location suited us well.
