We stayed for 5 nights in your hotel, we only were in a room for 2 people, and i think that this hotel is very confortable, clean, the service is good, and the location is perfect, everything that I need or everywhere where i want to go were near. I was very happy and If I will go there again, I'll stay in your hotel.
I didn't use your services because i didn't need it.
The only one thing that I didn't like me was the restaurant in the wall have a lot of humidity.

We stayed in April at Hotel Mercedes for five days.This was our second stay in the last 4 months. We were satisfied considering that this is a 3*** accomodation with the exception of the TV reception which needs a signal boost (very frequent fading especially at night). The hotel staff that we dealt with was very cooperative. We used the airport limousine service which was punctual as usual. Definitly we will consider staying there during our next Paris visit.

I have booked my hotel with francehotels.net...and then was very worried because i read very bad comments about this hotel on Trip Advisor.com...
However it was too late to change and I decided to keep my choice..I stayed 5 night in Mercedes Hotel and can tell to reader of this site that it is a very good value for money hotel..Evrything went perfect for me..the staf is very helpful and kind...the rooms are spacious and clean...and the hotel is very close to metro which practical when you are in paris for Business

deuxième petit séjour... style de l'hôtel vraimeent original... moins bien que la première fois... beaucoup de bruit très tôt du personnel d'entretien... télé pas au point (seulement 5 chînes, pas de bonnes images...)

I found it nice and very clean. The payed amount was worth it, good staff service, and very handy to be one block away a subway station. The only inconvinience... I was given a room at the 8th floor and the lift only gets to the 7th. I had to carry my luggage one floor and the staff did not mention this "little" thing on beforehand. Nevertheless, I would think on it if going to Paris again.

The Hotel is excellent. Has a good cost benefit ratio and the people working at the hotel is always willing to help and assist.
Accomodations are modern and confortable. I will certainly use the hotel again in the future.

We stayed at Hotel Mercedes for more than one week. Clean rooms, good breakfast, bad shower pressure in shower double rooms but good shower pressure in rooms with a bath tub. Would recommend this hotel and stay there again.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Paris and the Hotel Mercedies had a big part to do with this. The staff were friendly and helpfull, knew the local area, could speak english and gave great recommendations for restaurants and shows. They helped us book nights out and were generaly friendly. We will be staying here on our next trip to paris.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in a double room.
The hotel service was quite ok, the room was clean and the breakfast was great. The hotel is near to the Wagram metro which was a plus point. However, the surroundings of the hotel was rather quiet and not many shops around. It would have been better if the staff could be a bit more helpful on providing directions, information on airport buses etc.
I will probably return to this hotel again.
I think your service was great, the rates given was good. But the map of the hotel was not that great, we spent 30 min walking round trying to find where the hotel was, perhaps some written direction would be good.
I will definitely use your service again.

We stay 6 days. We were 5 persons, and booked 2 rooms, we were satisfied with our rooms, but the extra bed was not good enough to sleep.The staff was very kindly in reception but the staff in breakfast-room was not friendly, and the breakfast-room was too little for so many tourists, so we have to wait to get our breakfast some mornigs. I can think to book your hotel again because of location to city, metro and good service in reception, ok rooms with good cleanig. We use the airport-taxi.

Il me fait plaisir de vous donner des commentaires sur notre séjour à l' hôtel Mercedes tout était A1 Nous avions une grande chambre twin pour 4 nuits. Les lits étaient confortable la chambre bien entretenue les gens à la réception les gens était bien sympa et de service. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était varié et copieux. Nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour à votre hôtel et nous y retournerions. Pour ce qui est de la navette il faudrait qu'il voit a entretenir leur véhicule , le chauffeur est arrivé un peu en retard pour notre départ à l'aéroport et le ventillateur ne fonctionnait pas de son véhicule alors je crois qu'il ne voyait pas grand-chose en avant. Mais nous sont arrivé à l'heure.

The hotel was beautiful! It was the first time my boyfriend and I have ever been to Paris...and the hotel couldn't have been better. It was very cozy and warm, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. It is located in a great location...within walking distance from some of the sights and major shopping areas. The part I liked most was the winding stairs around the old gated elevator; all which was brightly illuminated with red lights. It gave it a very "Paris" feeling. It was very romantic. I would definatly stay there again.

My girlfriend and I stayed at the hotel Mercedes for almost a week. We arrived Saturday afternoon and left the following Friday morning.
We booked only one Premium room.
The room was fine; service was fine; staff was very helpful and curteous, and location was also good.
We would use your service again, and we might stay at the hotel again if we come to Paris again.

Nice place good location.. Reasonably priced. Claustrophobic elevator. Stayed 2 nights in deluxe double good sized well appointed room. Couple of good restaurants in area. Staff o.k. Functional and polite. Would use your service again to locate accomodations.

Was most impressed with the comfort and decor of the room. However, was disappointed at it having no kettle and hot drinks. Otherwise, the three nights were fantastic.
