Good Hotel, maybe I will change the chairs in the breakfast room. Are fine in terms of Bar at nigh but extremily uncomfortable for the breakfast.........

Nous avons eu un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Mais pourtant il y a quelques points à faire des remarques sur.
Les lignes de téléphones pour appeler l'extérieur étaient insuffisantes. A toute fois qu'on essayait d'obtenir une ligne, la réponse était ''le son occupé'' La récéptioniste n'a pas peu trouver une solution restant indifférante à nos réclamations.
La salle de petit-dejeuner avec ses 9 tables restait incapable à répondre à la demande. Les clientèles nous attendaient debout et nous étions unconfortable comme ils devrait attendre long. Nous étions préssé à quitter la table même que personne le demandait.
Tous les hotels à 4 étoiles devraient au moins diffuser une chaine comme CNN International. Quand on l'a demandé, on nous a dit que le propriètaire ne favorisait pas la réparation de l'antenne satellite. Intéressant et bonne réponse. A part ces petits points la location et la présentation de l'hôtel étaient satisfaisantes.

Un peu déçu par l'hotel en général compte tenu des 4*
- lobby minuscule
- peu de personnel
- chambres avec peu de confort (4*)
- lors du séjour il faisait au moins 25 degrés dans la chambre et nous avons dû couper l'air cond. et ouvrir la fenêtre durant tout le séjour!!

I knew the hotel as I had stayed there several times whilst on short business trips in the past. This time I stayed for two nights with my wife in a 'premium' room. As expected, I was again totally satisfied with the experience: Great location, friendly service, adequatly spaced room and reasonable price. I would not hesitate to go back.

The Hotel was excellent, the rooms were good and the situation of the Hotel
was also excellent.
The staff were very good in particular the 2 men on reception who were very
friendly, helpful and generally provided a first class service.
I would definately return to this Hotel if I was to return to Paris and
I would definately use your services again.

We stayed 4 nights at the Hotel Chateaubriand in a double room, which was quite OK taking the price in consideration. Staff was very polite and straight and we can surely recommand this hotel, only five minutes by foot from the "Champs" and we will return to this hotel by using your service.

Clean, well presented rooms with good service and friendly staff. Late check in was nor problem, nor late check out. Location also very handy for main Paris. Didn't use the hotel bar or restaurant

The hotel is just fairly good, but does not deserve a total of 4 stars that it received, since 3 stars would
be enough, because of poor rooms, bad service and very
poor breakfast.

We stayed at the hotel for one night. We booked a superior room. The staff was helpful, friendly and efficient. We would most definitly stay here again. My Husband and myself have stayed in the chateaubriand hotel, for the easter weekend, the staff are very helpful and friendly people, the room was very comfortble well laid out. I hope to get back to paris again and if so I will book the Chateaubriand again as I was very pleased.
