Situated in a student area (facing the university of Jussieu, one of the majors in Paris area) , very close to the " ile St Louis " and it's historic area, this freak flat will fit to one or two young couples with children for a short term let. The basement of the flat, which was probably an old wine cellar, has been transformed into a very original small bedroom which let the living-room always available.
