Very warm ambiance and cosy apartment (4 rooms), tastefully decorated with all requested modern equipment for a long stay, Will perfectly fit to a large family or 2 couples of friends. The flat is located in the heart of the Sentier area (famous place where French cloths are manufactured and sold, and close to the Stock exchange place "la Bourse". With it's terrace on south exposure and a nice view on roof Tops…. The only trouble with this ideal apartment is the building (not in a good condition) and the lack of lift.

Living-room : furnished with antic and nice French furniture, TV set with Cable and satellite, VCR player, Personal computer with Fax and Internet access, Hi-Fi set, Piano (modern one), bed-settee for one

Kitchen : open Kitchen with plates and dishes, fridge, dish-washer, washing machine, coffe maker
Bathroom : with bath, shower tub, dryer, toilets
Terrace : 6m2 of pure pleasure with view on Paris' roof tops oriented in the south
Various : blankets, sheets and towels are supplied
