bonjour,
je viens de séjourner dans cet hotel pour 2 nuits dans une chambre familliale ( 1 grand lit et 1 petit lit)
La premiére chose a dire a son sujet c'est que cet établissement ne mérite pas ( et loin de là ) le classement 3 etoiles
La chambre étaity pourvue de mobilier de second ( si ce n'est 3e) ordre.Fauteuil troué ( ..véridique), table de chevet constituée d'un caisson bois decoupé je ne sais ou( il faut le voir pour le croire), tapisserie tachée, faux plafond ( tendu)ouvert sur 1 coté laissant passer la poussiére du plénum, mégots sur le balconnet, baignoire remplie d'éclats d'email, etc..Il est tres mal insonorisé avec des escaliers en bois qui resonnent dans les chambres jour, et surtout nuit .Bref on se serait cru dans le Nord de la capitale dans un petit hôtel "courant".Heureusement les personnes a l'acceuil ( et seulement là ) étaient tres sympathiques, car la mégere qui dirige la distribution des petits déjeuners est une vrai caricature en soi .Je met une note de 1/10 pour l'acceuil et c'est encore bien.

This is a great hotel in Rue Montparnasse. It is very close to the Edgar Quinet Metro and Gare de Montparnasse. I stayed for 5 nights. The room was quite basic and small, but clean and nice for the price. The staff was friendly. I will return to this hotel one day.

I stayed two nights in a twin room at the Unic Renoir Saint Germain Hotel. The location is quite good, the level of the services and the staff fair. The room was rather small compared to the price (200+ euros). I don't think I'll return to this hotel

We stayed at the hotel for three nights in a Family room. It was well decorated, clean and very comfortable. For a small hotel the services were excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good, although a liitle noisy in the early morning with garbage pick up. We would certainly stay there again.

The hotel quoted me for three nites, I left after two...they raised the prices quoted to average had I stayed three nites...charged extra for a safty deposit box key and it was a great bed, quiet room and very accommodating staff.

I found the location to be very good.We had a 2 night booking,The service was very good and helpful.My only complaint was the room was very small for 2 people.It was suitable as a single room,With luggage it was very difficult to move in such a small room.

my mother and two nieces stayed at your hotel for 6 nights and they thought it was lovely, and that the staff was very nice and they could not have been happier. Your hotel had been recommended to my mother by my sister who had stayed with you two summers ago and found it to be charming and suitable for my mother. We will return. The hotel is well located in a calm quartier and near the AirFrance bus terminal.
We will use the hotel, and your site two, if we visit France again in the future.

2 nuits , chambre double , espace réduit mais suffisant. Propre,bien isolé de la rue, moins des voisins quand ils sont bruyants. Personnel professionnel.
Excellent emplacement au coeur de Montparnasse.
Je retournerai sans problème à cette adresse, comme sur votre site. Je n'ai utilisé aucun autre service.

The stay o the hotel was not so nice because, the Hotel had overbooked the rooms, and we were moved to another hotel, with smaller rooms and a lower standard. The next day, we were moved to a room in the standard we had booked, but instead of giving us a non smoking, which we have ordered, we got a smoking room.
The receptionist was in a very bad mood when we arrived and was not helpful in finding the other hotel, which we were rebooked too (with out our knowledge).
We used half a day of our stay in Paris to move between hotel rooms.
We can’t recommend Unic Hotel

The hotel is nice, comfortable and quiet; very convenient location. Weak points for the baggage service (very limited place) and lack of parking.
Staff was very kind.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights. While the staff were friendly and the location excellent, we found the rooms to be extremely small (even by European standards), without even room to put down a suitcase. At the same time, the room and bathroom were new and clean. I would probably try a different hotel next time.
