Feed-Back sent by : Dr.Ferenc GELENCSÉR Nice, small, silent familiar hotel.Room/bath clean,towels/bedlinen change daily!!Plentifull "continental"breakfast-somedays with sliced ham !!- enough for hungry people, not for "finesmeckers".Staff speaks fair/faint English.
Good access to the Louvre,Rivoli, Metro. On my next visit this hotel will be selected without any searching in Internet. Score given : 9/10
Feed-Back sent by : P D We stayed at the Tim for a week. We had a double room at the end of the 2nd floor hallway with the window facing the courtyard. The room was extremely tiny; barely enough room to walk around the bed; everything was miniature sized; I felt like I was in a doll house (not in a good way). The shower was so narrow that my husband could barely stand in it without his shoulders touching either side. There is NO A/C; regardless of what their corporate site states. It was pretty noisy. The staff were, for the most part, extremely unhelpful, though never quite out and out rude. The location was the best part about the hotel, just two blocks from a subway stop and the Louvre. It seemed to be the best deal for the money when we booked (private lav, location) but was a letdown as far as everything else. I would definitely look elsewhere next time I go to Paris. Score given : 5/10
Feed-Back sent by : Bachér, May TimHotel Louvre had a good location in Paris, small but clean hotel. The room was tiny and narrow but also clean. Beds OK. The bathroom was simple but also kept clean(important). The wardrobe was by far to narrow for 2 persons clothes to hang straight in the closet. Nice with a waterboiler in your room. A minibar wouldn't have been a bad idea to have in your room. The breakfast was good, nice with an ample buffet. The staff was friendly and helpful. For some reason the elevator didn't work at our floor, that is it stopped at all other floors except ours (#2) so it wasn't nice to drag ones heavy luggage up/down the narrow stairs.
